Job summary

Individual contributor with proven successful sales experience in litigation technology and E-Discovery sales to AMLAW 100 law firms and corporate law departments.

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for the entire selling cycle from prospecting to closing contract engagements, the Director of E-Discovery Sales will develop new business by targeting law practices and corporate law departments.  Must have accomplished knowledge selling products and/or services across the EDRM phases.

  • Prior experience selling EDRM solutions is required
  • Existing network of law firm and legal industry relationships
  • Experience selling projects in the $100,000 to $1,000,000 range
  • Competitive commission compensation based on meeting and exceeding sales quota objectives
  • Ability to develop and manage a growing pipeline of opportunities and sales

Job summary

Contract positions (hourly) available for certified (EnCE, CCE, GCFE, ACE) computer forensics technicians who perform ESI (Electronically Stored Information) collections at client sites in a forensically-sound manner using FTK Imager, or Encase.   Applicants for contract positions must possess their own computer forensics kits including imaging notebooks, write blockers, adapters, toolkits, etc to effectively perform ESI collections.

Your responsibilities:

Using a forensically-sound process, effective chain-of-custody procedures, and detailed plans and documentations, our computer forensics (contract) technicians perform ESI collections typically at client sites.  Travel to client sites is required and is often at the last minute.  Client-facing customer service skills are required as is a professional, detailed, and well-organized approach to collecting case evidence.

  • Must demonstrate competence as an computer forensic technician
  • Must possess hands-on experience as a computer forensic technician
  • Must possess at least one computer forensics certifications (EnCE, CCE, GCFE, ACE)
  • Must be available on short-notice and for extended periods of engagement as needed

Job summary

The Associate Private Investigator will be based in our Reston, Virginia office and perform research, perform background checks, asset and/or location tracing, due diligence and follow up on investigation leads.  The candidate must already possess an active Virginia DCJS #99 Private Investigator license.

Your responsibilities:

You will assist our case support team in perform investigation functions for matters involving fraud, due diligence, research or investigations.   Some of the job functions involve regulated investigative activities, and therefore, all applicant candidates must possess Virginia DCJS #99 license credentials.
